 FIELD PROJECTS RESIDENCY: is modeled after our BIGGIE SHORTIE residency: a shorter, more project based residency. Big project in a short amount of time. The flexible nature of these residencies allow for projects to be customized to fit each residency. Field Project residents are encouraged to work towards a document and each accepted resident will be given the opportunity to exhibit works produced.

There will be four residencies awarded for 2019.

Applicants will be notified by January 22, 2019.

DURATION:

1-2 Weekends
Feb- May

WORKING HOURS: 

Scheduled ahead of time: Weekends 9am-9pm

SHOP/STUDIO ACCESS:

Partial access to project space tools and equipment. Some ability to store materials onsite. No private studio. Project assistance from RAIR staff will also be available. Some documentation equipment will be available, if needed.

ELIGIBILITY 

This residency is ONLY open to current Undergraduate Fine Arts Majors and Master of Fine Art students in the School of Design at the University of Pennsylvania
