““Spending time with people who are dumpster queens and kings made me see the wonders of the dump.””
During their time at RAIR, Anamaya and Nathalie created a large scale A-frame loom that they used to weave various found objects into. During their residency they were able to learn and expand their knowledge of various loom building techniques. The physics and functioning of the loom was carefully adjusted to fit a various different sized materials that were collected from the yard.
